the golden rule of roleplaying is this: keep all in-character activity separate from out of character activity! you should never mix the two, or blur the lines, while you're a member here. if you know someone out of character and you do not like them but you're aware of the fact that they play someone here, do not let your character show this when interaction occurs. if you know something out of character, then you know it out of character, and that doesn't mean your character will know the same thing!
another important rule for this community is the amount of activity we're going to gain from our members. all characters should update by three weeks! if you're not active with that but you're active otherwise, then you will be removed without warning. you should however ask for an extension for your update, or a hiatus if it is needed. your updates should consist of actual substance and paragraphs, hopefully you will be able to maintain that once you're a member! also; aim and sub-community activity is required or else you could be at risk for override.
we expect our members to have a good username consisting of their name and nothing else! yes, we're aware that it can be difficult to get a username like

ashleytisdale or
rossryan, so we don't expect something so perfect. but we do expect something that is atleast decent with only the celeb's name involved! also, we're going to ask that you have a aim sn with your celeb's name in there somewhere.
we will be allowing challenging! if you're going to challenge then please be aware that you'll need both examples and a first entry available to us mods. we will have a set limit for challenges at three per celeb! if you have any questions regarding challenging then please see the screened post.
another rule is that we're going to be a
celebrity community! so, if you're bringing in a myspace celeb then please make sure they're someone well-known like hannabeth merjos, audrey kitching, or jac vanek! they need to have a legit career backing them before you can apply. so if its hard to tell who you're playing, then you likely won't be accepted. same goes for anyone else applying! so any girlfriends, boyfriends, family members, etc need to have legit careers as well.
lastly, remember to remain active, have fun, and be welcoming and friendly to any and all new members!
